ACL LIGAMENT TEAR
As per recent MRI report I got complete tear of ACL surgery is the only option or any other treatments are available... Please suggest
Need for surgery after ACL tear depends on a lot of factors.
It depends on how much time has passed since the injury, what problems the knee is giving you, what activities you want to get back to after surgery, how much physiotherapy and what type of physiotherapy you have had.
ACL reconstruction is one of the options. Not always necessary to reconstruct the ACL.
