ACL injury

I am having ACL injury. I don't have much knee pain but having stiffness behind knee if I sit for long time. I want to know that physiotherapy is enough for this or do i need surgery in future? MRI is attached.

Since it's grade 2 tear you won't be requiring any surgery. But do consult a nearby physiotherapist for better overlook . Physiotherapy will defenetely help you to recover. Since there is joint effusion there will be movement restriction
