Acidity/vomit in the evening

Hi, Now-a-days, In the evening, around. 7 - 8 pm , I feel bitter taste for water, also feel acidity & vomiting. If I vomit forcefully , some yellowish liquid + little undigested food comes out. After vomiting I feel very fresh and also that bitter water taste goes. Any reason why this is happening ? Any suggestions?

More of poor digestion, take tab pan d once a day for 3 days, drink lot f water, nd hydrate urslf. Hv a blAnd diet
