Ihave been suffering from acidity since 2year. Nowadays it's my daily problem. Sometimes it  creates more problem with vomiting and headaches. And also l have piles.

If u have constipation it needs TREATMENT. Diet and lifestyle changes, medicines help. Acid reflux leads to complications so it should be stopped with medicines
