Hi doctor I have attached my query sorry for it. Currently having discomfort in my stomach and I have increase in appetite and no constipation. I have gone for endoscopy and attached the result. Do I need to go for abdomen scan. Please suggest.

Your endoscopy shows gerd. The cause of your problem maybe gerd. Ultrasound should also be done to rule out some other organic causes.
