Your symptoms of hyperacidity, chest pain, gas, and anxiety could be linked to Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD), gastritis, or functional dyspepsia. Anxiety can also worsen these issues. Suggestions for Relief: ✔ Diet & Lifestyle: Eat small, frequent meals and avoid spicy, oily, or caffeinated foods. Avoid lying down immediately after eating (wait at least 2-3 hours). Reduce stress through deep breathing or meditation. ✔ Medications (after consultation): Pantoprazole 40 mg (before breakfast, empty stomach). Antacids (like Gelusil) for immediate relief. Prokinetics (like Domperidone) if bloating persists. Since your heart tests are normal, the symptoms are likely digestive and anxiety-related, but a detailed consultation is needed for proper diagnosis and management. You can reach me on WhatsApp at eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two for further guidance.
