After eating, I have acid reflux problem. Heart palpitation. Doctor advised me nexpro rd 40 mg capsule for 10 days. I took it for same period. It was fine for 1 month and again problem started. Should I take same medicine for longer period i.e for 1 month to cure this.

U need diet modification. Avoid acidity causing foods. U can take tab nexpro Rd 20 mg morning before breakfast for 20 days
