Acid reflux

Acid reflux: I had this problem few year back when I was in Bombay eating mess foods and outside good. Last year after marriage I shifted to chennai. I stopped eating outside food to large extent. From last 2 months acid reflux started coming again just before my lunch evening. I don’t drink alcohol carbonated drinks. Can u help advice
