Last while serving in volleyball I heard I fell I crack in my elbow and through the rest the night I had to hold my arm and a bent position so that I was comfortable but it felt uncomfortable and some moments actually hurt today when I woke up my arm was cold and reddish/blue you could tell that I wasn't getting the same circulation as my other arm and now my arm is tingling like to my fingers for my elbow and I feel like an ache in the back of elbow behind where The point of my elbow is
