Pimples or Acne commonly occurs during puberty, when the sebaceous glands are activate, but it can occur at any age.
More heat and oily food are two triggering factors.
As far as ayurveda is concerned first treatment for a disease is to avoid the causative factors.
Dandruff can also be a causative factor. So its important to rule out that first. If present need go for dandruff treatment initially.
Since you are well aware of two triggering factors either you can avoid those circumstances or should mange to use sunscreen or hats or umbrellas or masks while going out. Try to control your food habits by avoiding oily and spicy food items. After following that you can try the following external measures.
1.Use honey
-You can make a thick paste with cinnamon powder and apply this mixture to stay in contact with the pimples overnight before washing.
-Or you can use clean,sterile cotton dipped in natural honey to place directly on skin for not less than 30 minutes prior to washing with warm water.
2.Holy basil
Boil two cups of water with 4-5 holybasil leaves.Dip a cotton ball into it and apply it specifically to the affected skin. Leave for not less than 10 minutes. Reapply it many a times a day
3.Apple Cider vinegar
Wash your face with clean water and dry the skin. Utilizing a proportion of 1 part of vinegar to 3 parts of water, dip a cotton ball into vinegar and apply it specifically to the affected skin. Leave it on for not less than 10 minutes.Repeat it a twice a day.
Please dont forget to apply a skin toner after this treatment.
4.Papaya
Crush raw papaya pieces to extract its juice and apply it over the pimples. Leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes before rinsing it off with cold water.
5.Steam
Fill a container with boilng water and allow the steam to come in contact with your face for a few minutes.
Rinse your face with lukewarm water and after that dry it with a clean towel
(Can put basil leaves/ leaves of guava in water and boil it)
6.Neem
Grind 5-10 neem leaves with little turmeric. Make a fine paste apply it for 15-20 min. Rinse it off with cold water.
Acne or pimples is a skin disease involving the oil glands at the base of hair follicles.
Prevention is the way to go.Keep your face clean. Whether you have acne or not , it's important to wash your face twice daily to remove impurities, dead skin cells, and extra oil from your skin's surface.
