Seek Immediate Medical Attention Visit a pediatrician promptly Bring the Medicine with You Carry the bottle/packaging for proper identification and to assess expiry, batch, and storage details.

Watch for any symptoms like vomitings abdominal pain and loose stools

If not discolored or spoiled then need not to worry Don't preserve antibiotics, once course complete cannot be reused so throw it.

Check the expirt date amd if expired then once show physically to nearby pediatrician
