Hello.....  It's really nice that u uploaded the pic.  The scar is definitely bothersome...  There is no use of the cream after around one and half year of the trauma as u said.....  However the scar can be given a try to be treated by other methods.  As per me we can go a for a fat grafting for the scar or Prp treatment that can lighten the scar and then proceed.  But it's always better to decide on seeing the lesion in person with a little bit more details.
