Impression: * Acute subdural hemorrhage along the left fronto temporoparietal convexity. * Mild subarachnoid hemorrhage. * Peripheral haemorrhagic contusion in left temporal and left frontal lobes. * Hyperaemic brain swelling

Seems like patient has Traumatic brain injury. There in bleeding outside and within the brain. Kindly consult a neurosurgeon for further management. Paitent will need management to reduce swelling within brain and further too
