Seems you were doing some kind of experimentation. You are a known case of primary hypothyroidism. Which means your own thyroid gland doesn’t make enough thyroid hormone . You should have not stopped taking thyroxine tablets . Now don’t worry start the same dose you were previously on which your TSH had normalised .Your will symptom will go in 2 months after starting the treatment .
Next Steps
Don’t ever stop your thyroid medication again .

TSH is very high, labs show severe hypothyroidism. And it’s due to stopping thyroid medicine. Your symptoms appear to be from hypothyroidism and need to be treated promptly to prevent complications. Dose of thyroxin will be determined based on your symptoms, weight, and other medical conditions if any. You will also require close and frequent monitoring of thyroid function.
Next Steps
Please schedule online consultation to discuss your symptoms, other medical problems and dose adjustment on thyroxin tablets
