Absent nasal bone and quadruple test results are at high risk 1:247 for 1:250 but at 12 weeks double marker is low risk. Is it better to go for amniocentesis as we r at 20weeks. Type 1 diabetes. This is the second time pregnancy.1st child was healthier

Risk is more than 1:250 so amniocentesis is advisable
