How long it will effect if we take b12 vitamin tablet? And any side effects will come from this? And i have got covid positive in the month of last november 2020 so is this lack of vit b12 because of post covid e?

Vit usually don't have any side effects as such.... Unless they are taken in overdose. Their toxic levels are very higher than the normal required levels. Lack of vit b12 usually d/t vegetarian diet like lack of source in diet.
