There is an X-ray called lateral cephalometric radiograph which needs to be analysed based on which requirement of space is calculated then teeth extraction is planned. These X-ray is a must before you begin orthodontic treatment. Photograph seldom tell us about the amount of space required.

Hello Sir Greetings of the day. You need to consult an Orthodontist who can guide you with the treatment plan. But before that you need to get a x-ray taken called the Lateral Cephalogram as it is required for the space analysis on which the extraction of your teeth depends.
