I had some Relationship issue , i overcome for that , feel happy and normal though it hurts . but Thinking is coming for that so i suddenly wake up @ 6 o clock even in deep sleep for past 2 week . how to overcome for this for random & automatic thinking

Hi It's may be the effect of your Relationship issues.   It will take some time to heal. Motivate yourself and try to forget your past relationship issues. I know it's hard to forget suddenly. You just need to try improve yourself in better ways. Normally people need to sleep 7 or 8 hours per day. You can try some Relaxation techniques, try Mindfulness meditation.
