Monkeys usually get in water tank on terrace. The tank cover is secured but if somehow maybe through overflow pipe or crack in tank cover if any monkey saliva falls in water and if we use the water not knowing about it to wash face or bath, can we get rabies? Is there a possibility in such cases?

Could be possible very rarely  if you have injury over the skin . The only way is to prevent monkey from entering tank
