Is small gestation sac always mean miscarriage? In scan report it's showing the dia3.2mm and less than 4weeks... is it normal?

Have u done Beta Hcg levels along with it.Need to repeat the scan and beta hcg reports which will make it clear if pregnancy is advancing or not

A single report can not say if pregnancy is progressing or not . You need second scan a week later to check if it is increasing in size . If increasing it gives reassurance that pregnancy is progressing .
