About ovulation days calculation

Hello doctor I want to plan my pregnancy for 2nd child. I got my periods on June 4th and last period was on July 3rd. Can you tell my ovulation days and is it difficult to get pregnancy at this age as I heard it. Will there be any side effects for the baby at this age. Even mine is a relation marriage. Thank you

Strt folic acid supplements U can use ovalution strip kits available in the market to find out the exact date of ovary 10/7 to 20/7 wud be tentative date of ovalution Side effects? U will be offered tests to rule out genetic abnormalities at different stages of pregnancy
