Hello doctor... i had c section exactly 4 weeks back.. and today i had sex directly without any protection. i m breast feeding my baby now... can i be pregnant again if chances are there how can i stop that?? i m getting little pain and little spotting too

Chances of pregnancy are very very rare specially if you are breast feeding exclusively and only 4 weeks since ur last cesarean and are still bleeding a little.
