Nasal saline is more like nose cleansing drops. Don't worry about it you can use it every 2-3 hourly. You should once visit physically for examination and cause of nose block.
Next Steps
Visit nearby pediatrician for examination and medications

There is no harm in using saline nasal drops at any frequency. At 7 months, no other medications are required. If A/C is at very low temperatures, set it to 25-28 •F And if fan is very fast, may reduce speeds a little
Next Steps
Consult for further evaluation and other medications, if needed
