About mild high TSH

My wife had 6 months healthy pregnency but her TSH level is high i.e 11.77 but her freeT4 and T3 was normal. & she was on thyronorm 75. Is it good to increase her dose by 25 more...i.e 100.

DONT INCREASE BY YOURSELF CONSULT ENDOCRINOLOGIST ALSO HAVE AN ANTI TPO ANTIBODY TEST

After taking 75 mcg thyronorm she is having high level.She has to increase the dose.Better  you should meet to your gynaecologist.She will suggest you what is the correct dose to prevent complications.
