I tested pregnancy test positive on yesterday,but mam proscribed MaxGest200 and Aspirin gastro resistant tablet 75 mg,is this safe for early stage of pregnancy.please suggest me doctor.

Yes sometimes we need to give these medicines to support the conception. Hope ultrasound is done before that for location of pregnancy
