Tested positive for pregnancy
My last period was on 16th Dec. This month I missed my periods and I tested for pregnancy on 24th Jan and it came out positive.
How many months pregnant I m?
And thinking to go to a gynec tomorrow. Should I go or should I go little later?

I am handling it alone for now as husband is not that supportive and mostly not in home.

You should get a sonography done around the end of this month. That will give you the exact duration of pregnancy.
If you want to go to your mother's place for delivery then You should go to Assam by the 4th month.

If everything is normal then
Best time to travel would be in the 2nd trimester 16-18 weeks onwards. For you that would be in April.

Start taking tablet folic acid. As per your last menstrual date you are 5 week 5 days pregnant. You can consult a gynaecologist nearby. Yes you can travel to Assam if everything is normal after consultation with your gynaecologist
