Hi I am 7 weeks 6 day pregnantnow. my first sonography report is normal heart beat is come 6 weeks 3days, From last night I had lower back pain mild feel gassy and constipated My question is lower back pain is normal or not at this stage?? Please give me advice what to do?

It is normal Have salad and water to avoid gases and constipation You can have local application of gel for back pain and more dan dat proper posture maintainance.
