Occasionally you can use laxatives.. but i advise against chronic use of laxatives.. instead.. increase water intake.. big bowl of fresh vegetable salad.. big bowl of fresh fruits.. and avoid refined flour (maida).. Vajrasan after lunch and dinner.. 20 mins walk twice daily.. should be clean as a whistle !
