Sometimes, physicians/RMP start levothyroxine based on TSH that is just above the normal range.   Mild TSH elevation is due to various causes and sometime it is temporary. As you said you have not been taking levothyroxine for last 3 months, despite your TSH is normal. It means your TSH elevation was temporary that have normalised now. So stop levothyroxine now and if you develop symptoms of Hypothyroidism, get it repeated.

If you are taking levothyroxine and thyroid profile is normal then it may be due to medicine.What was the initial thyroid level and anti TPO level. You can’t stop suddenly medicine.

U stopped medicine on the day of investigation or it was stopped for months apart kindly clarify

If you stopped for 3 months then stop mediccatin if thyroid levels are normal

You can stop thyroid drug , repeat the thyroid tests every 3 months

Please dont stop of your own. Yes dose can be titrated.

As I can understand from your question, your thyroid levels have come normal because of tab you are taking, so once you stop the tab, the TSH levels will shoot again and then more strength of tablet will be required to achieve desired result. See thyroxine tablets you are taking is T3 supplementation from outside, so you need not stop the medicine. Please share which levels you are calling normal and you pre medicine/treatment levels?
