I believe if your son is on treatment since 2 years and currently 2 years old only then he must be having some issue that may require immediate attention or constant medical supervision. I would suggest to continue allopathic treatment until the severity of condition gets better.
Next Steps
Continue allopathic treatment
Health Tips
Change treatment line only when your child gets ok. Have faith in whatever treatment he is taking.

For what problem you changing treatment plan. Bcz for some diseases we cant stop allopathy treatment. Instead of this we continue homeopathy treatment and allopathy treatment together and we stop allopathy treatment as we taper down the doses ( decrease the doses of allopathy medicine and final stop allopathy medicine.).

The best decision that you will take for your child is to start homeopathic treatment. You won’t need allopathic medicines if your homeopathic medicines are right. Also, homeopathic medicines won’t interact with allopathic medicines what so ever. Your child will have no trouble taking homeopathic medicine.
