About her delay in periods
We had intercourse last month which was during her first three days of periods but after that we thought nothing will happen so we didn't took any precautions but when it came to her time of periods it didn't happened so we took pregnancy test but it came negative. She is already 9days late for her periods and i am concerned that it might indicate PCOS or PCOD.

Are you diabetic and taking insulin? Your history is very vague, whatever you shared the concern is not clear,
From what I get there is no chance of conception theorotically if unprotected sex in first three days, but from history if you are on insulin it suggest you have insulin deficiency or resistance and resistance is symptoms of PCOS, please get proper consultation
