Sir... my age is 22 and wieght 72 kgs ... i want to take height growing tablets .. so can i an change at this age... i need ur suggestion that it is better to use or not at 22 age .... Thank u

Hi dear, I difficult to increase height at this age. Height is majorly genetic. Regarding medicine maybe it would work but they have their side effect. So kindly consult physician before consuming it.
