About health issue on 3rd trimester

My wife is on 33 weeks pregnant. She has been suffering for very sweating and itching especially in sleeping time(day and night) for last  days.also she has very  itchy skin .her leucocytes count 13600 ,neutrophils 83%,and lymphocytes 14%. Are these differential count considerable with respect to leukocytes?..but she has no fever.
