Treatment depends on the grade...You are suffering from hormonal changes causing Androgenetic alopecia causing hair fall. It's completely stoppable even regrowth of hair is possible with certain medications without any side effects. Treatment depends on the grade of hair loss. So, it's a must for diagnosing which grade, you are in for an effective treatment. Please  send photos of your head, by direct online consultation for accurate diagnosis and proper treatment.

I understand your concern. Hairfall is of different types but your complaints seems to be more of androgenetic alopecia. It can be generic and aggravated by nutritional deficiencies and insulin resistance too. I would advise you to continue minoxidil because it would take atleast 6 months of consistent usage to observe any new regrowth. Kindly be patient and consistent with your treatment. It requires more time and adherence. Also there are many DTH blockers ( tablets) that can give potent results. I can elaborate over a video consultation.
