About haemogram

Hello I need some clarification in ESR.i am done with my blood test(haemogram).my esr is 27 now n earlier(last august) it was 14.i don't know why it's 27 now.should I consult any physician? Or it happens generally.n other factors are normal in range.actually I have hypothyroid n taking 100mg. N from last one year I was in extreme stress n fear(anxious) n now it came to normal still its there for some point.for that reason my esr came high.because from last 1 year I deal with some problems like chest tightness,left hand shaking etc etc n consulted my physician too n they told all is normal n just told to reduce stress with some good habits.i recovered a lot.plz guide

Hi dear esr is a non specific test so it is okay if it's a bit high but if u have any other complaints currently please let me know so we can be sure that raised esr is not due to any current issue . Take care

Hi., I can understand your concern. No need to worry It can be due to stress or due to post infection. It will be fine when youre having Proper diet, exercise and sleep.
