Sir / madam I am facing the problem of gerd and not freely to breath it's very difficulty since 3 years I am using gastric acid medications but problem is continues and some times very serious. for this problem any surgery options available or thorough medications is it clear..?

1.need upper gi endoscopy and 24 Hr PH Matry to decide which treatment is good 2.avoid fasting.spicy food
