I got red rash on my thighs, and I am using topinate cream, can we use topinate for fungal infection

Please get checked from a certified dermatologist for a proper diagnosis. If diagnosis is not perfect, then there is no use of using wrong creams and taking wrong oral medications. Don’t misuse over the counter medicines without proper consultation. Steroids can flare up your fungal/ bacterial infection and also can induce permanent skin damage after long term application. Topinate not used for fungal cause

Ofcourse not you can not use steroids for fungal infection… plz take opinion of dermatologist instead of selfmedicating .

No steroids without proper diagnosis else it wud worsen ur condition.so better to consult a dermatologist
