Hello doctors my baby is 6 months old before 15 days back she get fever and within 2 day down but week ego she crying more irritated her pediatrician told she geting teeth... From 3 day her body temperature some time feeling hot after some time normal when i checked temperature 97 98 98.9 from evening her
body is again feeling hot i checkd 101.9 she passing urine more and she little have cold feeding normal little bit crying this is all because off teething or. I m giving her coldsoft and fevedot 120
It may be due to some infection.
Next Steps
Measure temperature and give paracetamol as per dose if temperature is more than 100.4F.
Consult pediatrician as child is 6 months old only.
It may need urine test as you complain about frequently urine

Probably she is running a viral illness. Continue measuring temperature frequently and give PCM whenever the temp is above 100. For mild fever you can do tepid sponging with tap water, over whole body. She should be fine in 2-3 days.
If the fever is high grade or the baby is dull/lethargic, or documented fever continues more than 5 days, consider visiting a pediatrician.
