About fasting glucose

Currently, i have minor bone dislocation in my left wrist and my hand bones are painful . My doctor wrote some tests and one of them was fasting glucose test. It came 95mg/dL. I get my body checkup done once a year and my fasting glucose always remains between 74 and 84 and last time in October my hba1c was 5.0. The medicine that i am taking for my wrist pain and inflammation and swelling is Diclofenac sodium, paracetamol & Serratiopeptidase tablets. After eating clean homemade food, why did my fasting glucose come to 95? I mean why does it increase?

That's why blood tests are reports in normal range! Less thAn 126 before food is considered normal and up and down of it depends on body response to insulin, hormone, corticosteroid which are released in body as normal response,so don't worry for raise of 10 or 20 see to it don't cross 126 fasting, even stress increase it so just relax and let expert do his job
