I have been noticing my face to be little swell at the right side. The swelling various from time to time.it is more at the time when I woke up after sleeping.

Unilateral swelling of the face may occur due to mass/lump.. could be in the soft tissue or bony part.. fungal sinusitis should also be ruled out.. visit an ENT specialist for opinion..
