About ESR and other tests issue

M 29 years old and today we got sime tests done where in it says my ESR is 26mm/hour. M quite scared why it's high ? RBC is 4.35millions MCHC 32.5 B12 is 291 D3 is 19.5 Mainly worried for ESR
