I'm lactating woman(4 days),my nipple is getting ruptured little bit painfull.when giving milk feels very pain and little bit crystal form milk cameout.what I can do now

Hi,check if baby is latching well to the breast.Apply nipcare ointment for cracked nipples. Can use nipple shield till it heals Consult paediatrician online for detailed lactation support

Okay since the child is learning to latch its a common problem. If nipple is sore u can use a Nipple shield to protect the nipple from bite injuries during feeding. If there is a cut on nipple apply Tbact ointment or express a little breast milk and apply over the cut area it will heal.
