About blurred vision after cataract sueg

My father had cataract surgery in his left eye on 10 october 2022.But as of now on 12 october 2022 he is having blurry vision .Has he is a diabetic patient his diabetes was well under control on the day of surgery.There is no redness or infection on the operated eye except blurry vision.He had Alcon Acrysof Iq lens implanted. I want to know what is causing the blurry vision

May be he is having Diabetic Retinopathy. Pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.
