About back pain

I have back pain. Which started before 6 months but it was accured sometimes only but since last 3 weeks it's getting to serious pain and I can't even seat or walk properly. I have first taken ketoflwf,-p and mayriloil M4 tablet as per online doctor advised. But after taking the medicine 2day my boy getting a little bit vibration so doctor dinide to have that further. And I saw my issue to local MBBS but after taking 2 days madicin my body painig as it was before 2 days. Then I went for orthopaedic doctor and got low B12 report (185) so right now I'm taking B12 injections, But I also went to MD doctor he has seen my nerve is pressurising so he give me some medicine and a exercise that I U curve body shape. So my question is that is my nerve getting pressure because of deficiency of B12 or what... please suggest...and what should I do further to remove this back pain. Tx.

Posture corrections must. Spine stretching exercises. Strength exercises. Physiotherapy treatment for few days. Avoid toward bending. X-ray of spine

Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.
