About baby head shape

Hello doctors... I have 32 weeks prematured baby. 2 and half months completed now. She is active. Baby has soft spot in back of the head. Is it normal? Fontanelles on head normal? But in back of the head?? Is it normal or what please tell me.

Yes both are normal only. front side soft spot  is called Anterior fontanelle. Back side spot is called posterior fontanelle.

As the baby is premature it is normal for posterior fontanelle to be open. Use syrup Ossopan-D 2.5 mL twice daily And D3 400iu 1ml once daily
