Have done my anomaly scan at 20 week 4 days and doctor told that arota is 3.5mm and pulmonary artery is 3mm and suggested to do fetal echo between 22 to 23 week is it serious problem in featus or get adjusted in time

Such diagnoses are never 100% sure. We can do nothing at this stage of pregnancy. You will have to get an ultrasound scan done many times during the remaining 5 months of your pregnancy. Please ask for the diameter of the aorta and Pulmonary artery in the subsequent scans. The report may be normal. Please tell your Paediatrician about this finding when your baby is born.
