Hello i am getting very angry on little things my mother is not support me when she talk with me always shouting and become angry i am not looking good last year i cleared upsc mains but this year i am failed even prelims exam i am getting nervous sucide thoughts come in my mind what to do

Please consult a Psychiatrist. Take your mother also to the doctor so that she can also be counselled.

Good evening, These anger outbursts could just be your unconscious defence mechanism to sort out sone conflicts. It may not be easy to understand and probably your mother is the closest person you have, so you feel its ok to show anger there. But this might not always be appropriate. See a therapist to figure out what can help you in the long run instead of looking at short cuts. Getting help will also help you focus n concentrate better for exams. Hi Anger is an emotion. You are going to extreme of that.  .so i suggest Medication n behavioral therapy for this ..
