Wanna know the meaning of sonography report... It's written.... prominent bowel loop seen in upper portion of abdomen... What does this mean..? Thanks

If you are unable to pass motion/flatus, then it may be intestinal Obstruction or paralytic ileus. So it is dependent on symptoms and signs, not on ultrasound findings.
