My wife was 7 weeks 2 days pregnant...suddenly the baby growth stopped at 7 weeks 2 days...Dr suggested abortion with pills... Is it safe in this stage...and is it will effect future conception chances.

Hai yea it is safe if it is taken under doctor’s supervision And give a gap of atleast 3 to 6months for next conception
