Abortion while Copper T loop

My gynaecologist inserted copper T loop 3 months ago and now I missed my period by 4 days and I feel like I’m pregnant. I don’t want become pregnant . Please let me know what can I do do get aborted.

If u feel u r pregnant first do a urine pregnancy test. If positive u cn connect with ur doctor for removal of IUCD and medical termination of pregnancy via pills.
